He became the head of Warner Music Germany's Dance Department, which involved the creative direction and marketing management of the RnB/HipHop, Dance & Techno division.

There, he was responsible for the creative direction and marketing of POP, Dance and Techno artists. 2001, he was the leading figure in the breakthrough of the national newcomer "Brooklyn Bounce" who became Sony’s most successful German artist. For this success the single has been certified Gold.

Gaming Network Publisher, Online Marketer

Leif was the owner of an online gaming network, which at it’s peak, had over 8 mio. page impressions a month. At the time, it was one of the largest gaming websites in Germany.

Next to his biggest project GAMEbeez, he started the only webhosting provider that was able to offer "all-inclusive" deals, he resold affiliate marketing programs to webmaster and magaged some of the first "Dialer" projects in Germany.

Based on this experience, he was hired by the interactive devision of Jung von Matt with the age of 19 and was the youngest employee of the agency.
